BioOishi Shuichirou
15 years old, Third Year
Oishi Shuichirou lived in a very loving family with his mother, father, and younger sister. With his father and uncle registered doctors, he grew up with the familial expectation of going into the medical field when it came time to decide such things. Oishi had lots of expectations to live up to and tried as best as he could to perform. He knows his parents were just looking out for him, even if it might seem a little high-handed to some. As the older brother, Oishi turned into quite the caregiver over his fifteen years of life, taking care of his younger sister quite often at home and also going out of his way to help underclassmen in school. He has a tendency to worry about people's well-being, giving him a reputation as a mothering sort. Though easily flustered, he also easily accepts changes in situations and adapts. Oishi is both competent and willing to try his absolute hardest to not disappoint the people he’s close to, especially if they are in need of direction.
When he received the letter inviting him to attend Evergreen, his parents were thrilled at the honor their son was given being singled out for excellence. Oishi was less thrilled than his parents, but, like a dutiful child, didn't consider for a moment not accepting. As the eldest son and the person all his parents' hopes and ambitions were riding on, Oishi knew his responsibilities and truly wanted to be all his parents hoped he would become. However, in the dark recesses of his mind, Oishi couldn't help but wish for something more... exciting to happen to him. Something that would add a splash of colour to his rather monochrome existence as a good student and appreciated, helpful rolemodel. Not that there was anything wrong with that, of course! But, one could hardly blame Oishi for wondering on occasion what was beyond the scope and limitations set for him by his parents.
Maybe this boarding school is just what he's looking for.
